Joseph W. Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sullivan has responsibility for all operations of the company, including relationships with our insurance carriers.

Mr. Sullivan has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. He has varied experience in Medical Stop Loss, Personal Accident and Group Life products. Mr. Sullivan has underwriting experience in both the insurance and reinsurance segments of the business. Mr. Sullivan began his insurance career in 1980 and was employed with three major U.S. insurance companies in various underwriting management positions. Mr. Sullivan earned his law degree in 1991. Mr. Sullivan joined Mr. Boisvert in 1997 at International Accident Facilities (IAF) as Senior V.P. with operational responsibilities until August 2000, when Mr. Boisvert and Mr. Sullivan successfully completed a management buy-out of IAF and established GWI.

Rhonda Topham, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Rhonda Topham has twenty five years of accounting experience and is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Massachusetts. Her background includes working for both national and regional Certified Public Accounting firms as well as corporate and operational controller positions in service and manufacturing environments. Ms. Topham is responsible for the supervision of day to day accounting /finance functions, all aspects of financial reporting and human resource needs of the Company.

Terry W. Mullner, Director of Underwriting
Mr. Mullner is responsible for the overall supervision of the underwriting department, managing all medical stop loss and accident products with regard to every function of the rating process, as well as the direction of underwriting guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Mr. Mullner has over 30 years of experience in the health insurance industry with a diverse background that began in the group claims department of The Prudential Insurance Company. He then moved into the corporate environment as Employee Benefit Manager for Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation, a Fortune 500 company. Terry was also employed in various underwriting management positions with HealthAmerica Pennsylvania, an HMO/PPO Company, and for Enterprise Underwriting Services, a Managing General Underwriter in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to joining Greenwood International, Terry held the position of Assistant Vice President of Underwriting at Starr Global Accident & Health Insurance Agency, a C.V. Starr Company.

Denise Ard, Assistant Vice President, Claims
Denise has been an integral part of GWI for over twelve years and has extensive experience as a Senior Claim Auditor. Ms. Ard has excelled at fostering relationships with reinsurers, insurance carriers, and Third Party Administrators, providing superior claims administration and service. Denise's role as Assistant Vice President entails a high level of responsibility, overseeing GWI's claims staff, conducting TPA audits, and working directly with the reinsurers and carriers to handle claim reimbursement issues and liability.

Denise began her career as a Claims Analyst for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Maine in 1987 prior to earning her Associate's degree in Claims from the Insurance Institute of America. Ms. Ard has spent nearly 20 years in claim operations, with prior employment with an MGU and auditing company.

Laurie Cardin, Manager -- Administration
Joining Greenwood International Insurance Services, Inc in 2002 as an Account Executive, Laurie Cardin is currently the Manager of Administration and oversees all administration within Greenwood International Insurance Services, Inc, including maintenance of corporate and broker licensing, state licensing, and the set up and renewal of Medical Stop Loss policies. Ms. Cardin manages Occupational Accident, underwriting assistant and administrative staff.

Laurie began her career at Allmerica Financial in Worcester, MA, as a Group Sales Service Analyst and held various professional positions within the company before becoming an Account Manager. Ms. Cardin spent a portion of her career as a Retirement Coordinator at Fidelity Investments in Marlboro, MA before becoming a part of the GWI team.

John B. Fisher, Vice President
Mr. Fisher has over 25 years of experience in the Texas insurance market. Prior to joining GWI and its predecessor company, Mr. Fisher was active in the brokerage of Occupational Accident business and was instrumental in the development of the product that GWI currently markets and administers. Mr. Fisher is responsible for the operation of the Austin Regional Office of GWI including the marketing of Occupational Accident, Personal Accident, Medical Stop-Loss, Primary Employers Indemnity Insurance and Ancillary Products.

Daniel J. O'Brien, Vice President
Mr. O'Brien specializes in Medical Stop Loss and Personal Accident insurance products. Mr. O'Brien is responsible for the performance of the GWI Kansas City Office,and the development of broker relationships.

Prior to joining GWI, Mr. O'Brien was President and Chief Executive Officer of O'Brien, Bouck and Associates Third Party Administrators from 1990 until 1999. His responsibilities included underwriting, product development, carrier relationships and broker development. In 1999, Mr. O'Brien joined International Accident Facilities as Vice President of Marketing and has continued in that position of responsibility with GWI.
