GWI administers all policyholders for medical stop loss, group accident coverage and occupational accident insurance on a self funding basis. GWI will provide you with your monthly premium rates and all premium is due the first day of every month insured. All policies contain a 30 day grace period and premium must be received within this grace period to retain insurance coverage. Payment made beyond the 30 day grace period may result in possible termination of insurance coverage.
