Daniel G. Boisvert - President/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Boisvert has responsibility for the strategic direction and overall performance of the Company, as well as direct accountability for the Company's reinsurance relationships. Mr. Boisvert is also active in the Company's marketing efforts including the distribution of insurance and reinsurance products.

Mr. Boisvert has been active in the global insurance and reinsurance markets since 1991. He began his career as a Medical Stop Loss and Personal Accident Underwriter with International Accident Facilities, Inc. (IAF) Mr. Boisvert was also IAF's Regional Vice President in Dallas in the early 1990's before returning to Boston to assume responsibilities for the Personal Accident Division. In 1996, Mr. Boisvert was appointed Executive Vice President of the Company and maintained that position until August of 2000, when Mr. Boisvert and Mr. Sullivan successfully completed a management buy-out of IAF and established GWI.

Joseph W. Sullivan - Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Sullivan has responsibility for all operations of the company, including relationships with our insurance carriers.

Mr. Sullivan has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. He has varied experience in Medical Stop Loss, Personal Accident and Group Life products. Mr. Sullivan has underwriting experience in both the insurance and reinsurance segments of the business. Mr. Sullivan began his insurance career in 1980 and was employed with three major U.S. insurance companies in various underwriting management positions. Mr. Sullivan earned his law degree in 1981 and joined New England Financial Advisors, a financial planning company, with responsibility for selling individual life products and financial products. He was also self-employed for 2 years practicing law with a concentration in employee benefits. Mr. Sullivan then joined a reinsurance management company specializing in medical stop loss. Mr. Sullivan joined Mr. Boisvert in 1997 at International Accident Facilities as Senior V.P. with operational responsibilities until August 2000, when Mr. Boisvert and Mr. Sullivan successfully completed a management buy-out of IAF and established GWI.

Steve Sullivan - Vice President - Underwriting
Mr. Sullivan has responsibility for all underwriting aspects of our Medical Stop Loss, Occupational Accident, Personal Accident and Primary Employers Indemnity products. This includes workflow, pricing, procedures and staffing. Mr. Sullivan spent 21 years at Allmerica Financial (formerly State Mutual) working in various group underwriting capacities and ultimately as the AVP of Group Underwriting. After the sale of Allmerica's group operation, Mr. Sullivan spent two years in Sun Life's Stop Loss Underwriting Department as a Regional Manager before joining Greenwood as a Chief Underwriter in January 2002. He was promoted to his current role in January 2006.

Helen T. Brown - Vice President - Finance
Ms. Brown is responsible for the financial operations of the company.

Ms. Brown has over 25 years experience in accounting, and over 10 years experience in human resources. Ms. Brown worked with Hartford Insurance Co. in the early 1970s and was responsible for new/renewal of homeowners policies. To pursue her accounting education, in 1977 she joined at Honeywell, where she initiated a reporting system that reduced inventory. While there, she held various accounting positions until 1986. In 1986, Ms. Brown joined International Accident Facilities (IAF) as an Accountant. In 1996, she became Vice President-Finance and continued in this position with the establishment of GWI.

Over the years, Ms. Brown has been responsible for the preparation of financial statements, payroll, budgeting, quarterly tax reporting, and human resources and also manages the reconciliation and reporting of the revenue. Ms. Brown coordinates with the Chief Operating Officer, and the department managers, to respond to the needs for developing and implementing new strategies and operating procedures for the company.

John B. Fisher - Vice President
Mr. Fisher has over 20 years of experience in the Texas insurance market. Prior to joining GWI and its predecessor company, Mr. Fisher was active in the brokerage of Occupational Accident business and was instrumental in the development of the product that GWI currently markets and administers. Mr. Fisher is responsible for the operation of the Austin Regional Office of GWI including the marketing of Occupational Accident, Personal Accident, Medical Stop-Loss, Primary Employers Indemnity Insurance and Ancillary Products.

Daniel J O'Brien - Vice President
Mr. O'Brien is responsible for the performance of the GWI Kansas City Office and the development of broker relationships. Mr. O'Brien specializes in medical stop loss and personal accident insurance products.

Prior to joining GWI, Mr. O'Brien was President and Chief Executive Officer of O'Brien, Bouck and Associates Third Party Administrators from 1990 until 1999. His responsibilities included underwriting, product development, carrier relationships and broker development. In 1999, Mr. O'Brien joined International Accident Facilities as Vice President of Marketing and has continued in that position of responsibility with GWI.
