First Annual Producer Advisory Council
GreenWood International and Integrated Healthcare are pleased to announce criteria for producer selection to the 2010 Producer Advisory Council (PAC). The top producers from our various product lines will earn an invitation to participate in GWI and IHC’s 1st Annual Producer Advisory Council held in May of 2010 in Boston, MA. All qualified invitees will also receive an exclusive invitation to a second event to be held in early 2011 at a location to be decided.
The PAC’s primary duties will be to assist GWI and IHC in constructing a solid 2010/2011 business plan and furthering the development of new products within our marketplace. Invitees to the Council will participate in round table discussions as well as enjoy the many dining and leisure activities that springtime in Boston offers!
The qualification period will run from September 1, 2009 to March 1, 2010. Qualification criteria will vary among product lines. GWI will cover lodging, meals and activity expenses, but invitees must cover airfare costs. Due to the business agenda of this event, spouse or guest expenses will not be covered by GWI.

GUIDELINES:
- Agencies and TPAs are eligible to participate as such, however an invitation to the Producer Advisory Council may be extended to the top individual producer within the agency or TPA who meets the qualifying criteria. Sales Bonus Contest is restricted to individual producers only.
- The PAC does not qualify as an incentive trip. Participation is by invitation only and is limited to producing agents who meet all minimum qualifying criteria during the period of 9/1/09 to close of business on 3/1/2010.
- GWI and IHC reserve the right to change or modify the criteria for qualification at any time.

GUIDELINES
Agency and TPA Participation
Sales bonuses will be awarded to the individual producing agents or brokers only. TPAs and agencies are ineligible to qualify for sales bonuses in this contest.
Monthly Production Bonus
Producers qualify for bonuses on cases sold on a month-to-month basis. Cases sold are not cumulative. Only new business qualifies an individual producer towards receiving a sales bonus. In-force/renewal business does not qualify for a sales bonus within this contest.
Qualification Period
The qualification period for bonuses on new cases sold runs from 9/1/2009 until the close of business on 3/1/2010.
Bonus Waiting Period
Sold cases must remain on GWI and IHC’s books for a minimum period of three months, whereas after the third month, the licensed agent or broker will receive earned sales bonus(es).
Only individual agents and brokers are eligible to receive sales bonuses based on sold cases. TPAs and agencies are excluded from receiving sales bonuses through this contest.
The PAC does not qualify as an incentive trip. Participation is by invitation only and is limited to producing agents who meet all minimum qualifying criteria during the period of 9/1/09 to 3/1/2010.
Bonuses are for cases sold on a month-to-month basis and are not cumulative. Bonuses do not apply to in-force or renewal business, and are only awarded to new cases that are sold between 9/1/09 and close of business on 3/1/2010.
