GreenWood International Insurance Services, Inc. takes great pride in our ability to process and pay claims accurately and timely on behalf of the insurance companies that we represent. In fact, we strive to reimburse medical stop loss claims within 10-15 business days from complete submittal. Our staff is always accessible by our policyholders and Third Party Administrators (TPA’s).

GWI also has preferred contractual relationships with organizations such as OptumHealth United Resource Network (URN) to provide cost effective solutions for organ transplants, ProgenyHealth for high-risk newborn babies, and International Treatment Access (ITA) Partners to improve the medical outcomes of cancer and diminish its financial burden.

Medical Stop Loss

The primary function of GWI’s Claims Department is to adjudicate stop loss claims in excess of the specific and aggregate deductibles on behalf of insurance carriers. All medical stop loss claims are adjudicated and administered in our home office. As always, our staff is at your service to answer any questions that may arise.
